Courses Offered

GCSEs / A-Levels: The College offer over 30 subjects to 300 students studying A Levels: Students study up to 5 subjects to AS level in their first year and 3-4 A2 subjects in their second year. Overall A - E Pass Rate: 90%
National Diploma, /Vocational A Level and AVCE programmes (1 or 2 years programme): Programmes include: Business, Information Communications Technology (Computing), Travel and Tourism, Hospitality and Catering, Engineering, Construction and the Built Environment, Art and Design, Media, Graphic Design, Photography, Childcare/Early Years, Heath and Social Care, Public Services, Performing Arts (including pathways in Acting, Dance and Technical Theatre), Music - Contemporary Music and Music Technology
International Foundation Programme: Accountancy, Business, Hospitality Management, Information Technology, Media Production, Science and Engineering*, Travel and Tourism Management.
Degree Programmes: BA (Hons) in Business Studies (validated by the University of Surrey), BA (Hons) Accountancy and Finance (a South Bank University programme), BA (Hons) Media Production (validated by the University of Surrey)

College Features

Guildford provides an excellent location for international students in the UK. It is only 40 minutes by train from Central London. Guildford is a university town, less then 1 hour by drive to many universities in the South of England.

The International Centre provides excellent quality of counseling services and English Programmes for international students.
In order to ensure that new students can obtain total care in learning, emotional and personal needs, the International Club organizes meetings at least once every 2-3 weeks to provide student services.
Over 35% of students on the language programme are Mandarin-speaking at the present. Less than 5% on academic and vocational programmes.
Outstanding performance in vocational and Business application courses. The Travel, Tourism and Leisure course is amongst the best.

Accommodation

Host family: students have their own rooms and access to all the essential facilities, including the kitchen and bathroom. Students can choose between self catering (approx £65-80 a week) or full board accommodation (approx £ 80-100 a week).
Each student house has 3-4 bedrooms, a lounge, a kitchen (with a washing machine), a bathroom and a cloakroom.
